Block, crank, and cylinder head all done. I had the block bored and honed to fit 75.5mm Vitara pistons, the head rebuilt, a valve job, and resurfaced. Also, the crank was polished and everything looks good. I decided I am going to wait for the custom I-beam connecting rods that fjt is offering through turbod16.com and d-series.org. So, the motor will not be assembled probably for another 6-8 weeks In the mean time I’ll update with other things going on with the hatch such as painting the trims and side skirts and replacing some old window trims that have deteriorated on the outside.
